Fire -

I keep hearing how good a deep-fried turkey is, let us know how it tastes after you get out of the Burn-Ward at your local hospital.

We're having ham and a roast.

Of course there's always Turdurken...
Turdurken - Chicken boned and stuffed into a duck which is also boned and stuffed into a turkey.

Of course there's another kind of Turdurken:

SouthWestern Turdurken - All the OFGs take turns stuffing their boners into Axe Laughing

QFE - tamales and the hotest freaking salsa ever made, by yours truly

Had it once at my in-laws - it's pretty good - but it's one of those things that REALLY tastes like chicken. I don't really care for it though because you can eat fried chicken anytime, to do a turkey right it needs to be brined and baked in a bag upside down == juicy!

I saw the brining of a turkey epsoide on the Food Network (old guys watch the stuff lol) it looked SO good when it came out. I guess also in the brine you can add herbs and spices to really make it tasty...

Next year for Thanksgiving we be brining our turkey!!

Hey I had homemade lasagna for Cristmas for many years and it was good for me. This year it is steaks I'm cooking outside.

As for Southwestern Turdurken, I think I shall pass. Though I wouldn't mind trying some of Rally's backstrap, I've always wanted to try humans. I'll eat your brain you old bastard.
