Haven't quit smoking yet. Got a box of patches sitting here though to use.
What's the scoop on the push-up thing? How do you do the program? _________________ -=|CT|=- K9 Carlos

I tried one hundred push ups with a friend a year ago and we both gave up during week 5. The gap between week 4 and 5 is just too freaking big. And I was by no means in bad shape when I started. I did 67 consecutive pushups in the initial test so if I wasn't able to do it, how could anyone who can barely do 20 make it all the way?
I quit football (soccer for you crazy Americans) last spring but the funny thing is, I've actually been exercising more since then. It's so much easier when I can train with my own rules, when I want and where I want. No need to make the trip to the other side of the city for a practice when I can simply put my jogging shoes on and start straight from my home door. _________________

You just go to the site and follow the plan. It's simple, it's just up to me to stick with it. Did today's shit, felt good. Played a lot of basketball. Good good.
They made some changes to the program to make it smoother. The book actually has 4 7-week programs of different levels, and then two "beginner" 10-week levels and all kinds of tight push-up shit. _________________ is now -=|CT|=- Frothy Mixture

Some other stuff aswell.
But like Mara said some of these are fucking insane. Two hundred sit-ups, I can do 100 and it's hard as shit, 200 sounds like impossible(unless you do some sort of fake/half sit-ups or you place some weight on your legs, which also is a lot easier to do). I can do 100 squats and I feel like my legs are about to burst the shit out, for 200 you would have to have legs made off titan. Same as pushups, 100 is a real deal and this comes from a guy who works out almoust every day. 25 pullups however is quite easy to achieve.
Note though that I haven't followed these sites so maybe they hold something precious in them _________________

I did 100 push-ups today straight. Clean.
I will try to do 200 sit-ups and 200 squats. I can do around 120 each at the moment. _________________

I've been trying to stick to a schedule of 50 push ups(2 reps of 25), 100 crunches (2 reps of 50), and 100 bicycle crunches (2 reps from 50) about every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday when I wake up. Started doing it in September and its definitely time for an increase in each category and maybe add some weight in a backpack for the push ups. _________________

Also, I got the job I wanted to at home. going to be making some good money and living at home so w00t! I'll be playing Frisbee every day and then doing gymnastic-related random shit Friday and Sunday... should be good. _________________ is now -=|CT|=- Frothy Mixture
